2008 Packet Pick-Up & Expo

Details: There is no packet pick-up or race day registration, so the Expo will be your last chance to sign up for the race and pick up your race bag. Enjoy free food & beverage samples from the Seafair sponsors and pick-up your race bag materials, including; bib number, bike helmet number, bike number, swim cap, timing chip, t-shirt and wave start info.

Benaroya Research Institute Triathlon at Seafair
Athletes from all around the Pacific Northwest are swimming, cycling and running their way to fitness and athletic excellence in preparation for the Benaroya research Institute Triathlon at Seafair. Seward Park on Lake Washington serves as a pristine venue for this sprint-distance triathlon and offers an incredible experience for athletes of all ability levels. Come test your skills and achieve your goals on this flat, fast and scenic course!The “sprint distance” triathlon featured a ½-mile swim, 12-mile bike and 3.1-mile run.

Triathlon Clinic & Pre-Race Course Previews

The Benaroya Research Institute Triathlon at Seafair and Pauole Sport are teaming up to provide a triathlon class geared toward the beginning triathlete. Along with a comprehensive session on gear, training and what to expect race day, experts will review the course.

Additional training clinics at Gregg's Cycle on Green Lake offered May 28, June 5 and June 19 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., featuring triathlon and bike tips.

2008 Open Water Swim Clinics
Looking to improve your open water swimming skills and become more confident and prepared for your triathlon season? Join the outstanding coaching staff at Pauole Sport in 2008 for three hands on swim clinics. All levels of swimmers are welcome! The session will be broken down into small individualized groups for optimal swimmer/coach ratio. Clinic size is limited to ensure quality time with each participant. Be sure to reserve your spot early! Register on-line at Active.com or email Kainoa Pauole-Roth to register. Cost of each clinic is $65.

Open water swim clinics for 2008 will be held at Madison Beach on the following dates:
